0FA Ticket Exchange | Effective: 6/1/2022

*This is a third party ticket exchange service. Ticket sales through a private seller.

*Purchase does not guarantee ticket.. If seller cannot complete the transaction, a full refund will be issued.

DISCLAIMER

You “buyer” expressly understand and agree that: (a) 0Ft Away “0FA” and any of the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and that 0FA does not make, guarantee, offer, or provide warranties, representations or conditions (as used in this section "warranties") of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and that any such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed, and (b) 0FA specifically makes no warranties that a it or any of its services, including any content, information, products or services obtained from or through the use of this site or any of the services, will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis or that such services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations.

BUYER/SELLER CONNECTIONS

0FA will connect buyers and sellers based on when submissions were received and based on each party's ticket needs. We will contact each party individually, to ensure their submission is still active, when we find a match and then we will connect both parties in a group chat to initiate the transaction. If a match is made and we are unable to reach you in a timely manner, after its initial attempt, we will move on to the next person on the list and you may have to resubmit your request.

SELLING/SUBMISSIONS

 All ticket sale submissions will be be reviewed before being approved. *0FA reserves the right to deny or remove any submission’s that we deem un-trustworthy.

PAYMENTS/SHIPPING

Payments: Buyers will make payment directly to the seller via both party's preferred payment method (ie: Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc). In certain instances, both parties may meet in person to finalize the transaction or 0FA may accept payment on the seller's behalf and then forward payment on to the seller. Sellers will be advised to only release tickets after full payment has been received. *Checks will NOT be accepted as a form of payment.

Shipping: If time allows, the seller is encouraged to update the shipping address on the order to the buyer's provided address. If wristbands must be shipped, seller will ship with a trackable tracking number.. *We highly encourage using signature confirmation and shipping insurance to cover cost of ticket, if shipment is lost. The USPS has been dropping the ball lately and they, nor we, could offer much support if shipment is lost and signature and/or insurance was not purchased. Sellers/buyers can choose to meet-up in person to conduct a ticket exchange, however, 0FA cannot provide any assistance past the initial match.

REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR RE-SALE OF TICKETS

All purchases are non-refundable and not able to be exchanged. If you can no longer attend the event, you are responsible for finding a new buyer for your ticket. There are plenty of resources to help in these instances:

CANCELED/POSTPONED EVENTS

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur:

Buyers are still responsible for tickets that were purchased. You paid for the ticket and it is now yours. If you can no longer attend the rescheduled date, you will be responsible for finding a new buyer for your ticket. Please refer to the refund policy for more details. If a seller were to opt for a refund in the event of a cancellation, they would be responsible for refunding the buyer to full ticket exchange purchase price. 0FA will monitor these situations and reach out to buyers/sellers to make sure there is no confusion. If a refund is issued, please allow time for the Promoter to issue the refund to the seller, and they will then issue your refund as promptly as possible.

Sellers, you are encouraged to carry any ticket(s) over for rescheduled events, and ensure that the seller still receives their ticket(s) whenever they are eventually shipped. *If a seller has sold a ticket via the ticket exchange and opts to receive a refund for a canceled/postponed event, you must IMMEDIATELY contact 0FA; so that we may inform the buyer that they no longer have a ticket and arrange a refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall 0FA, including its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this site had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this site, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to this site or any of the services.
